The words you keep in your head are actually quite important

Second by second, minute by minute, day after day, more and more thoughts come to our head... even though we may attempt to stop the process, usually it brings little effect.

While we don't have influence on that we think, we may have impact on what do we think about.


Have you ever heard about law of attraction? Oh yes, I'm sure you did. On the internet there is plenty of information about getting what we want only by using a power of our thinking. Sounds too easy, right? well, nonetheless,  our thinking is much more important that we usually consider it to be. 
Emotions that human beings experience is one of a major forces that put them into action. And if emotions are caused by what we think, then a thought is also a force.
Let me explain this to you by describing a hypothetical situation.
A sad thought come to our head, maybe we didn't want it but here it is, now, in our head, with us. It came unannounced,  but it's our choice whether we will let it stay or just let it go. And the reason why we shouldn't focus on those sad thoughts is because it can lead us in a bad frame of mind. And the consequences of bad mood are widely known - it can induce us to actions that bring unwanted results or cause no actions at all...
That's why we should try to create pleasant thoughts in our head, that lead us in better mood. A person in a good mood is more likely to be optimistic about the life and this is a reason why we should try our best in creating high-quality thoughts, so our mood and thus experiences are worth living.  The subjective state produces an objective state.To conclude, everyone in the world is looking for happiness, but there is just one way to find it. It starts in our head - happiness doesn't come from outside. It depends on what is within us.
